Madison (maddie may) LeAnne wilson

Age 20
Daughter My Sunshine
Age 20
20

She was a beautiful blue-eyed girl who had the biggest smile she could light up the room the moment she walked in there

My favorite memory would have to be the day that she called me over to her place to introduce me to her boyfriend and tell me that she was pregnant she was in her room hiding under her blankets because she thought that I was going to hit the roof all I could do was smile

I will miss the fact that I can never pick the phone up and call her again or that the 3:00 phone calls in the middle of the night I'll never hear her laugh again but my biggest thing is that she's going to miss seeing her precious son Peyton Carter grow up she absolutely loved being a mother

I think Maddie would like to be remembered as far as she loved life she loved being goofy with her friends she loved spending time with her family she especially loved taking selfies of her and her son she just loved being the center of attention and even though she left us at a very young age she left her mark on a lot of people and I think each and every person individually have their own memories of Maddie and that's what keeps us going every day so fly high and free baby girl until I see you

He was so full of life and loved beyond measure. He worked hard for his family and fought his battle with addiction for a long time. He cared a lot and always helped those in need. Overlooking his mental health issues, he was a really great person.

Our roadtrips together. Our favorite place was Oceanside. He was struggling with his sobriety the first time we went with all the kids but he tried really hard and he was excited to see the ocean for the first time and we had a lot of fun and he made the best of it. Was a really good memory for the kids. We went nearly every year for awhile until things got too hard.

The house was never quiet. Now it's too quiet. He always had the game on. Always playing music though we didn't have the same musical tastes all the time. Always had something going on. Miss his exuberant personality. I just miss his presence.

I think he'd like to be remembered for how much he loved and cared for his family. Even through his own struggles he did his best to work hard and take care of us. He was an expert at sports stats. He could have had a successful career doing something with that. He tried to help those in need even when we were struggling.

Yan Gruzdov

Age 41
Loving Son, Brother, and Uncle
Age 41

Yan passed away at 41 years old after a lifelong battle with addiction. He was a gentle and free soul who enjoyed meeting new people, going to new places, and experiencing new things. Yan loved his family and lived his life in the moment.

We will miss his light-hearted personality, laughter, and random gestures of kindness. When Yan was in a good state of mind, he was a positive and charismatic person despite all of his trials and tribulations. Yan easily made friends and met people from all walks of life as he was open-minded, hospitable, and nonjudgmental.

Her loving big heart

Angelica Rose Mclaughlin

Age 33
Mother, Daughter, Sister, Friend
Age 33
33

Angelica was so many things. Despite her problems she may have had... at heart she was sweet, generous, kind, and thoughtful. She was resilient and strong, and would always find a way if she put her mind to it. She was also silly, comical, and fun.

I have way to many to list, but one that always makes me laugh is when she accidentally poured Scentsy pot wax into her mom's toaster and ruined it. Then proceeded to hide in way in back of the cupboard in a panic and when it was discovered, she blamed the cat. Like the cat had the ability to hide the mess 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️

I will just miss everything about her man, even when she would just bug me relentlessly I still loved her everyday. I wish she would call me over and over again because I wasn't picking up just one more time so I could hear her voice.

I hope she is remembered for all the good things she did and said because despite any bad that happened there was a ton of good that came from knowing her. I wish she was still here. I want her kids to remember she loved them more than anything in this world. I want her to be remembered as someone that would go out of her way to help if she could, someone that would stick up for you and take care of you. Someone who deserved love.

You were so funny and quick witted and a total free-spirit, and I’m sorry I never told you how much I actually admired you. I’m sorry about a lot of things.

Traveling. All over the world. So glad you got to see some places.

I miss being annoyed by you because it meant you were still here.

Adopted (and LOVED) the 13+ year old dog at the shelter that nobody else was going to, and I think that sums up Sandy as a person.

The most handsome, brave, optimistic, adventurous, tall man. No matter what he was cracking jokes and laughing.

How an incredible father he was to his daughter(12) and his three boys (4,2,6 months).

His laugh, his smile, his adventurousness, his goofy side, the way he would always show up for me( his wife). Always loving and caring.

He was hard working man, always helping his mom and grandma. Always being there for his boys and daughter. His laugh was so contagious and you would be able to hear it mile away. A man of God, always in church, and raising his boys to know God.

Gabrielle was a special girl , a huge heart! She loved people, non judgmental. So gifted in spirit & her talents were art, dance, creative writing & song. She was a gift to this world, Gabrielle was my greatest teacher both in life and in death.

!Our coffee and conversations! She was an old soul! She ran like a trek star at 2 years old! She Dancing randomly, being silly & she had excellent bantering skills! My incredible memory was AFTER her death.. The AA center she attended nailed a huge stuffed bear in a tree in honor of her,
she gave it to a homeless man to comfort him. He learned of her death & brought it back, in honor of her. We were AMAZED at the outpour of stories of how she loved, helped & brought people to recovery . The stories of her praying with people, comforting and hugging, many story's of how she strives to save others from addiction.

Everything!!! Her amazing laugh!!! It carried and was a burst of joy! We will miss her incredible hugs! Her arms would wrap around you like a warm blanket and she would rock you! Her beautiful butterfly eyes and her smile. I will miss time spent with her the most. She was so much fun to be with! Lovable, and present! She would try anything! Her presence was comforting, she had fun creating awkward moments to laugh about.

Gabrielle would like to be remembered as a person who was loved and a person who showed love!

Age 49

My sister heather through my eyes was a superhero in so many ways. She was the complete definition of a best friend. When she was around, I was never made to feel like the outcast of the family, she made sure I was treated equally.

The last time we went out dancing together is the strongest memory I have of us two being us.

Being able to at any time of the day call her and tell her my problems so that she can walk me through them and help me and give me the advice I'm needing.

As a very independent, strong willed woman who was a great mother and an even more amazing grandmother. As someone who always stood tough for the little guys and never at any time let her family down.

Ryan was the most affectionate, lovable person. He had beautiful eyes, a smile and laugh that was so contagious. He was the most hands on father always tending to his children. Just simply being in his presence made me the happiest girl in the world

I have so many memories. One of my favorites was the births of both our daughters. He was the best support I could ask for. Another great memory for me was at the beginning of our relationship we sat up so late just talking it came so naturally. We talked about our childhood, our goals, how many kids we wanted, anything and everything. We truly were best friends and I honestly believe he was my soul mate.

I will miss everything about Ry. His huge heart and the amount of passion he had when he believed in something. I will miss seeing him with his children everyday, his snuggles that made me feel like we were the only two people in the world, the sound of his voice, his sense of humor, his smell. I will miss every part of him.

He would like to be remembered for his strong work ethic, how incredible of a father he is, how much love he had for his fiancé, and children, his passion for hunting. How he was so good at any sport he played and how he never had a problem standing up for what he believed in.

I loved listening to any story she told. She always made those around her feel welcome and important to her. She was hilarious. Her creativity always amazed me. She would show me paintings and photographs she had taken and I loved looking at the world through her eyes.

I will miss her smile and her infectious laughter. I will miss her gentle spirit.

Josh Cantrell

Age 31
Brother
Age 31
31

My brother, Josh, lost his battle to substance use disorder September 28th, 2024 at the age of 31. My brother was more than his addiction. Behind my brother’s struggles, there was a hardworking, jokester, loyal, and big hearted human being. My brother did not deserve to die.

Exploring the woods at our Mimi and Pop’s house. Him trying to teach me how to skateboard. Our cabin trips. Playing video games together. Playing hide and go seek when we were kids. He always had the best hiding spots.

He was the co-keeper of my childhood. His laugh. And watching him play with his nieces and nephews.

He would want to be remembered as a person, an uncle, a son, a brother. Not a stigma of substance abuse. As a person who loved, and was worthy of love. As someone that could light up the room and have everyone laughing. As someone that was so kind hearted, loyal, and always willing to help others.

David Michael Smith

Age 38
Son, Grandson, Father, Partner
Age 38
38

David was a very proud father. He loved his family. He loved driving his Mustang and working on cars. He was the most intelligent man I'd ever met, besides my father. He was my partner and my best friend, and I will always love him. He is missed.

My favorite memories are fishing with David, riding in his Mustang, and gazing at the stars early in the morning before I went to work. Also the way he held me while we slept, and the flowers he had sent to me just because I was having a bad night at work. He was so kind and thoughtful.

I'll miss his sense of humor and his sweet nature. I'll miss how he held me when I had nightmares. I'll miss looking at the stars with him. And I'll definitely miss his unique personality. He was my whole world, I will miss everything.

David would probably want to be remembered as the wonderful father he was, first. He loved his daughter, she was his pride and joy. He was a good and loyal friend. He was a self-taught mechanic and was so intelligent. He loved making people laugh. He was a very caring partner and loved surprising me. He was a giver, always helping people. His family and friends meant the world to him.

James Michael Gutierrez

Age 52
Little brother, biggest heart.
Age 52
52

He was my best friend at one time. We were very close. Everyone loved Jamie, and he was humble, sweet and caring to everyone. Drugs changed everything. He lost everything. He is at rest now. No more demons, only peace.

We were opticians together, and we were a great team. He was always so funny and caring and we had the best times just caring for people as the "brother and sister team"

His smile. His laughter. His hugs. His heart.

He would like to know that he was loved, and respected. He loved people and animals, and even though, he knew he failed them, his kids most of all were his heart treasures.
