Chelsea Spiker joins the team with more than a decade of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, and strategic partnerships. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Corporate Relations at the American Cancer Society, where she led partnership growth and developed innovative opportunities to advance the organization’s mission. Previously, she held several leadership roles at the American Heart Association, including Vice President of Development. Chelsea is passionate about building meaningful relationships, developing high-performing teams, and bringing people together around a shared purpose to drive lasting impact.
Outside of work, Chelsea lives in Culver City, California with her husband and two young children. She loves getting lost in a good book, traveling and exploring new places with her family, and going for a long hike.
