Lamar Watson is the Director of Data Management for Shatterproof Treatment Atlas data team. He is responsible for building mature data processes and system architecture designed to support the growth and scale of the platform to a national resource. He oversees the collection, processing, management and analysis of data gathered from addiction treatment facilities to assess their quality of care and improve patient outcomes.
He is passionate about data, system integration and innovation which directly helps drive the business to achieve objectives, streamline efficiency, improve quality and impact more lives positively. Lamar is a cross functional leader with over a decade of experience leading software and database implementations, large scale data conversions and business intelligence solutions across various industries such as banking/finance, health information and regulated laboratory software.
Lamar attended Colorado State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science and his Masters of Science in Computer Science from the University of West Florida.
