Prior to joining Shatterproof, Saskia worked at the San Andreas Regional Center, part of the State of California's network system that supports people with developmental disabilities. In her role at San Andreas, she oversaw multiple departments, including community services, federal programs, and risk assessment.
Saskia earned her Master of Public Administration from Middlebury Institute of International Studies. She has served as a board member for the Osio Theater Foundation, an arts education nonprofit, and Collaborating Agencies' Disaster Relief Effort, a Volunteer Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) nonprofit. She lives in Salinas, California.
