As Shatterproof's Vice President, Technology & Digital Strategy, Jenn Johnson builds the systems, platforms and digital experiences that power the movement to end the addiction crisis in the United States.
Over more than 20 years in nonprofit technology, Jenn has built technology functions from the ground up, led digital product and web teams, and run the platforms behind fundraising, advocacy, marketing, education and CRM for national and international organizations. Throughout her career, she has brought order and strategy to fast-growing organizations, through work like modernizing core systems, strengthening security and compliance, and establishing responsible AI governance. Jenn thrives on finding practical solutions that work today while keeping an eye on where an organization is headed next, and on building the relationships that make technology work for everyone.
Outside of work, Jenn loves to travel and explore somewhere new, catch live music, or comb the beaches near her Cape Cod home for trash and treasure.
