Resources to Help Teens Stay Healthy

Growing up is hard. But staying healthy shouldn’t be. Teen Health Week is a global campaign to help thirteen- to nineteen-year-olds take charge of their health by building a solid framework for dealing with complicated emotions, mental health issues, and problems in school, at home and at work.

Teens need guidance and support to build this foundation. So we’ve rounded up some of our favorite resources to help teens better understand their own health and make informed health care choices all year long.
