Molly Gravholt

Molly Gravholt is the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer for Shatterproof. She leads all operational and financial functions of the organization, including Operations, Human Resources & Talent Management, IT Systems & Cybersecurity, Finance & Accounting, and Contracts Administration.  She is focused on evaluating, refining, and strengthening operations, and to lead the development of scalable systems and processes to support Shatterproof’s future growth.

Molly comes to us from the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington where she served as their Chief Financial & Administrative Officer – managing annual revenues of $50M and an endowment of $300M for the 100-year-old organization.  In the 2.5 years she was with Federation, she drove incredible change, fully modernizing their accounting, IT/cyber, human resources, risk management, facilities, and operations systems and teams.  

Molly is CPA who began her career at Clifton Gunderson (now CliftonLarsonAllen) as an Audit Manager with a focus on non-profit audits. After leaving public accounting, she joined AchieveMPLS, a non-profit partner of the Minneapolis Public Schools as Vice President of Finance, before taking on the role of Vice President of Finance with the Minnesota affiliate of CHC: Creating Healthier Communities (formerly Community Health Charities). In 2011, she moved to the DC area to assume the role of CHC’s national Chief Financial Officer and lead the consolidation of 40+ state affiliates into a single nationwide entity.  Promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2016, she oversaw CHC’s accounting, human resources, operations, data services, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and new product development functions.
