Lynne oversees the national volunteer program of Shatterproof – including Ambassadors, Junior Council members, students, advocates, and others. Bridging the generosity of time and talent of our grassroots community, with the goals of Shatterproof, much is accomplished – from advocacy to raising awareness, shattering stigma, and fundraising. 

She brings 30-plus years of professional executive experience in nonprofit development, strategy, communications, team building, and fundraising to this role. Lynne is one of fewer than 4,500 certified fundraising executives in the U.S. - a testament to her expertise in the areas of volunteer empowerment and philanthropic development.    

A native of New Jersey, she is a graduate of Douglass College at Rutgers University where she earned in BA in Journalism and minored in Political Science. She now resides in Virginia’s Shenandoah County. She and her husband have three adult children and enjoy grandchildren. Lynne spends her free time appreciating the mountains, serving on community boards and initiatives, and enjoys cooking and entertaining.
