Jaylah Stewart is a dedicated and results-driven higher education professional with a passion for advancing equity and access in education. As a former Senior Program Coordinator at Duke University, Jaylah designed and led impactful programs that supported first-generation and low-income students, including mentoring initiatives and professional development opportunities.
With a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from North Carolina State University and extensive experience in program management, academic advising, and student engagement, Jaylah has a proven track record of fostering student success, building meaningful partnerships, and managing complex initiatives. She is passionate about creating inclusive and supportive learning environments through collaborating with diverse stakeholders and utilizing data-driven strategies to deliver measurable outcomes. She is also passionate about mentoring students, volunteering with community organizations, and empowering the next generation of leaders.
Jaylah is thrilled to join the Shatterproof team and contribute to advancing health equity through innovative programming and community engagement.
Outside of work, Jaylah enjoys diving into a good book, visiting the dog park with her spirited pup, Thor, and spending quality time with her amazing son, Shiloh.
