Gab T

Gab Tuggle is the Director of Volunteer Engagement at Shatterproof working on volunteer engagement strategy, Ambassador program, and event volunteers.

Before joining Shatterproof, Gab worked for the National MS Society where she spent 8 years building relationships with thousands of volunteers to integrate them into fundraising events and other capacity building opportunities, such as the Society's first national Ambassador program. Central to these efforts is her belief that engagement begins with understanding each individual's unique passions and motivations. Rather than fitting people into predefined roles, she collaborates with them to create opportunities that align with their interests, fostering trust, retention, and lasting impact. This philosophy has guided her work and is one she's eager to bring to Shatterproof.

Gab graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Public Health, kickstarting her deep passion for nonprofit work. Living in North Carolina, you can find her volunteering with her favorite local nonprofit, Band Together, enjoying live music, and spending as much quality time as possible with her energetic son and sweetie dog.
