Courtney McKeon, Associate Director

Courtney McKeon is the Senior Vice President of the Shatterproof National Stigma Initiative.

Prior to joining Shatterproof, Courtney worked at the END Fund, a private philanthropic initiative working to end neglected tropical diseases. She started in the Executive Office providing C-Suite support and streamlining processes across the organization to increase executive capacity. More recently, she worked in the Strategy and Operations department driving the organization’s human capital initiatives, including hiring, learning and development, and team culture.

Courtney doubled majored in Public Policy and Global Health, receiving a Bachelors from Duke University. She also has a certificate in nonprofit management from Duke University as well as her Masters of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University. She lives in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina with her husband, three children and pup.
