Gina Disipio acts as Director of State Engagement for Shatterproof's ATLAS team. In this role, Gina manages stakeholder engagement within states participating in Shatterproof’s ATLAS® quality measurement system for addiction treatment programs.

Prior to joining Shatterproof, Gina has worked in addiction treatment since 2012, primarily counseling individuals and families in various levels of care, eventually taking on more administrative roles by creating addiction education programming for families and managing clinical quality assurance. More recently, Gina worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Health, developing, and implementing prevention programming throughout the state of Pennsylvania. These prevention programs primarily consisted of providing education on overdose prevention, connecting individuals to treatment and naloxone utilization for public safety professionals. Gina managed the various teams of stakeholders throughout PA, including advisory councils and workgroups dedicated to decreasing fatal and nonfatal overdoses in the state and connecting individuals to addiction treatment.

Gina achieved her Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Elizabethtown College and Master of Public Administration from West Chester University.
